This upcoming Monday, March 1, at 11:15 PM Wascally Wombat OSU will play winners of co rec division 1 Stingrays in the first round of the playoffs. The Wombats have many questions to answer, one of them being where will their offense come from? Can they put up goals without being laxed on defense, who will be in net if keeper Brendan Shannahan plays the field? But most of all can they win? After winning their first game the Wombats have dropped three straight. In recent sporting events, the New Orleans Saints started off red hot but lost out after falling to Dallas, then won the super bowl. Real Salt lake, a team that was barely over .500 in the regular season knocks off MLS giants Columbus and LA to win the MLS Cup. Can the Wombats add to these stories, only time will tell.
